President:  Agenda for March meeting

Vice President: Committee assignments

  - Leadership: Schedule Chapter meetings, Spring Banquet (change the date and resubmit a facility use form)

Secretary: Minutes of the previous meeting.

Treasurer: Treas. Report & file new finance records.  

  - Donation to the National FFA. 

Reporter:  Pics and info to Mrs. Gryzch, Bluffton Banner

  -  Update the AET photo gallery!

  - Post proficiency award applicants and those moving on to state.

Sentinel: Finish and update bulletin boards.

  - Plan a game to play all together and organize snacks.

Jr. Advisor: Send an email to invite adults to volunteer as a judge at the district convention.

  - Change FFA activities to community service starting with July of 2024 for Petting Zoos, staff breakfast, etc.

  - Plan for spring banquet and begin a cart on the FFA Supply.
