  Manage the roster in the AET.  Inactivate graduates and students who are no longer with us

Secretary: Minutes of the previous meeting.

Treasurer: Treas. Report, print and post on the bulletin board & file new finance records.  

  - Prep for Yergy's. Check in with Matt on tickets, , etc.

Reporter:  Pics and info to Mrs. Gryzch, Bluffton Banner

  -  Update the AET photo gallery!

  - Help finish bulletin boards for the start of school.

Post Small Animal Care and Production proficiency award winner, Emma Fey, who placed 2nd in the state! Also, members who competed in the Agriculture Communications contest:

Stormie Selking, Sara Arellano, Teddy Rebrovich, and Quinn Oakleaf.

Sentinel: Finish and update bulletin boards.

  - Help finish bulletin boards for the start of school.

  - Plan and bring games to play all together and organize snacks.

 Jr. Advisor: Look up district, area, state, and national events and put them on the AET.

  - Create a bus schedule for CDE, LDE, and events. We will email this to Alycia Noga then.
