Everyone:

- Plan fall practices and meetings and put on the AET with realistic times.

- Prep for State officers coming to visit this Wednesday, and promote Dist. 6 Kickoff this Thursday!

- Take a look at the NIPSCO chapter grant application and see if it can be used for National Convention, SOAR, etc.

President:  Agenda for September meeting. Let's start the meetings no later than 6:05, so that we can get to our recreation asap!

  Send out the District Kickoff flier/invitation to everyone, and do something to make the State officers feel welcome this week!

Vice Pres.:  Continue with the POA - Part 2 (National Chapter Award).

Secretary: Minutes of the previous meeting.

  Update participation points for activities.

   Make flyer for SOAR.

Treasurer: Treas. Report, print and post on the bulletin board & file new finance records.  

  - Fundraiser forms, registration invoices, etc.

Reporter:  Pics and info to Mrs. Gryzch, Bluffton Banner

  -  Update the AET photo gallery!

  - Post about Livestock Skillathon teams, soils teams, district kickoff, chapter meeting/fishing experience, National Convention

Sentinel: Finish and update bulletin boards.

  - Update bulletin boards, chapter meeting info, National Conv. flier, etc.

  - Plan and bring games to play all together and organize snacks.

Jr. Advisor: Assist the VP with the POA (National Chapter Award).

  National Convention registration and message to the members and their parents.
